Went and looked at the house today... I'm IN LOVE!!!!
Going to talk to the bank tomorrow, and then work it out with the realtor, and make an offer!
Hopefully by the end of this month, I will be the proud owner of the most beautiful house!!!
Wish me luck, friends... every last bit of positive energy I can get headed my way right now would help!
