My wife and I are talking about an open relationship, does anyone have any advise or a story that might help us through the process?

It's a good resource for what you should consider and talk about when thinking about opening your relationship.

I think the most important things are a) do it for the right reasons b) don't try to force a relationship style onto yourselves... find what works for you, even if it doesn't look like a "standard" relationship arrangement. blaze trails based on self awareness and good intentions c) always put your partner FIRST d) nothing's ever perfect, so don't expect it to be.

Finally, if you haven't already, join the swingers and poly groups. Have been great sources of info for me, and they've been pretty good about politely answering my stupid questions. wink

That's like walking on thin ice and knowing the bottoms going to drop! For sure!
I seriously wouldn't do it. Unless you truly want out of your marriage. It'll be fun for awhile, then let the battle begin. Don't do it. Look at the computer like my husband does, when I'm not around of course.
