back to finding a new shop and a job as well. more determined than ever. been having fun looking at baby stuff... complicated ass strollers, seats with freakin airbags in em... i survived all the rickety metal crap they used to make in the 70's and 80's... seems silly... listening to all the other obsessed parents was the funniest part to me. i say let them eat bugs and play in the mud dammit. let them get a couple bumps and bruises... thats how we learned. if you disagree... just look at all the maladjusted idiots that came out of the "everyone is a winner", hygeine, positivity, and safety craze of the 90's.
i think this is going to be great... lots of fun... challenging... rewarding... and you know what... what kid wouldnt love to have two kick ass parents like us?
thankfully we are both blessed with amazing parents that know we're both doing our very best... and wont let us fall. although we both feel guilty for having to rely on others...it is a big comfort to us nonetheless. for now... i'm just doing my best to survive the pregnant girl and her hormones. now off to make her tater tots and an unchicken sandwich <3
