Sometimes a location change is for the best. It takes everything you know, including your history and leaves it behind. The thing though, is the past is with us no matter what. While I am often grateful that I do not have my previous history with others, at the same time, I miss some of that too. I guess what it boiled down to at least for me, is I still did not find the peace I was hoping for. But I did find a life, the right life, for at least now.
Hawaii is gorgeous. Expensive as all get out though! But I'm sure you have heard that. You might also be surprised how many people might try to visit. Getting to Hawaii seems to be on a lot of folks list of places to go.

A. complaints about the weather. (ummm...what are you gonna do about it? oh right nothing, you can't do anything. no one can. so just shut up. or wait a day or and hour...weather always changes.)
B. slow drivers in the "fast" lane. (I'm pretty sure the concept of slower traffic keep right is lost)
C. mini vans and the Prius. (maybe I'd like the Prius if the drivers of them could convince me the vehicle is capable of speed that exceed 35 miles and hour. mini vans however will suck no matter what.)
D. Pop music. (because I really love stupid lyrics set to catchy tunes I can't get out of my head.)
