Well my birthday is offically over, and what a wonderful time I had with some equally wonderful friends!
Word of the week: fabulous
Last weekend my birthday was kicked off by opening my present from Deceptiviewfilm! Its a Yoda backpack, and its great.
Tues was fun and low-key at All Stars for karaoke.
Weds was Divas with all my friends from Starbucks. Kiley dressed me up and did my hair in curls with a curling iron. I looked like an adorable pin-up Shirley Temple. She also got me some cool SG merchandise for my birthday. Mild drunkeness was had.
Thurs was my actual birthday. I went to class, and everyone wished me happy birthday. I then got picked up, and got stuff together and headed to a mexican restaurant for dinner. 12 friends showed up for food, as well as a few other stopped in for a quick "hello" and a drink. I had TONS of alcohol, and before we even left the restuarant I was pretty hammered. Next stop: downtown Hartford! I have no idea what really happened, but I was surrended by tons of friends/co-workers/regulars and even more alcohol. Hangover was not so bad the next day thanks to water.
Friday was the casino. Only a handful of us went, but still a loud good time (like last time!!!). Craps was great, and I got into trouble for shouting "Fuck yeah" at the CRAPS table, no less. Anyway, I got tanked, so did my friend Jon (whose birthday it was too!!! I love surrounding myself with fellow Aries). We hit a bunch of bars, and a lot of games. A lot of fuzzy memories just like Thursday.
Sat (today) was dinner with the family at a local brewery and my little niece and nephew were there and we had a very goofy time. My nephew drew me a picture of Darth Vader, and its my favorite present so far lol. I got a Pandora bracelet from my parents, and its really unique and fun. Grown-up expensive jewelry:horray!
Tomorrow is a bit more celebration for my birthday and Easter. We are having a Polish dinner (as per tradition) and I have some vegan kielbasa! It should be fun.
Now I am off to a friends for movie watching, and making vegan bagel pizzas for dinner. Boy, I am so glad I do not drink like this regularly anymore. I think I consumed enough alcohol that could kill a bull elephant via alcohol poisoning.
