So excited for the next few weeks.

I have been sitting here in The Boy's hotel room in NJ (he is down here for a week training for work), watching Inauguration stuff on TV. It is crazy!!!

I originally planned to try to make it to DC today, but it was already nuts yesterday in the Capital, so I decided to just bum around and watch it on TeeVee.

I actually cried a lil as Obama got out of his car and walked parts of the parade route. The outfit Michelle Obama wore was also pretty rad: she walked in a dress with a jacket and heels, while her husband wore a full suit, jacket, and scarf! Go sexy lady power!

In other news: classes start the 26th and I am uber excited! I miss all my college buddies, and all the silliness that ensues in the CCSU Theater Department. I am also taking a Philosophy class cause I can. The philosophy of feminism. I CAN NOT wait for that 2 hour 40 min class of awesomeness. I am totally prepared:
*unshaved armpits
*getting ready to lead this years Vagina Monologues
*reread CUNT for the 3rd time
*reading The Whole Woman
I just hope everyone in that class is going to be as vocal and upset and interested in the topic as I am!!

OH! I also got piercings number 14 and 15 yesterday. Totally lame ones, but still fun. I got second lobe holes in each ear, normal 16 guage. But they look FREAKING ADORABLE!

The Boy will be back soon, so I should start thinking about getting out of my pj's and into "my big girl pants" so we can go out to some bitchin vegan chinese place around town.
