Partying with the nerds
So, before I'm off to bed now ... I think I should tell you that I obviously had a blast last night. Okay, a female friend of mine turned 25 yrs old and invited me along with 6 others to a party where we were gonna play SingStar, Buzz, and some guitar game... and just talk. She had made punch, she had shots, we all brought beers and some were smoking. After quite some time we were all having so much fun, pissed drunk and playing ... wow. At that time I decided to try and smoke a cigarette ... which of course I shouldn't have done because it resulted in me being so much worse hangovered earlier today. You see, the few times I actually try and smoke ... it results in me feeling like shit the day after. I should have learned by now, eh?
But anyways, at one point someone said: Hey, maybe we should go to that club were the DJ was playing ...? And then we realized it was 5 am and all clubs closed... so we continued drinking and chatting and some playing ... and all of a sudden I found myself being responsible for getting one guy a taxi home around 7.15 am, at which time I decided to go home myself. Fell asleep around 8am and woke up around noon, and felt like hell
So my short lesson learned: Partying with "nerds" (we decided to call this party the nerd-party) is fun, and I shouldn't try a cigarette.
Have a great week... next weekend I'm meeting my girlfriend for the first time in few months... which will be so much fun!!!! Woo hoo hoo!
