Linz and I have decided which place we're moving next. they're right down the road, but we will have a fireplace, washer & dryer hookups, and the rooms are on opposite sides. All the rooms have ceiling fans too! We're really excited. It's gonna be so nice to have our washer and dryer in our home instead of having to haul it all to a laundrymat. It's $40 more than what we're paying now, but our water bill here is over $20-and these apartments PAY for the water. That plus the cost of washing our clothes at the laundrymat is worth it to me. I also don't have to pay for my old cat's health insurance plan ($20 a month!) So i think everything will even out. Plus it's just so much nicer! I'm happy
