07.39 Managed to sleep off the melanchology that threatened to tear me apart again last night, aided by late night meds - close call, waaaay too close a call that one. Still feeling a little spaced out, but by heck, the cotton wool between my ears seems less intrusive this morning. Enough even to smile at the Noodles pics (love that dog & the stoned face!). Simple pleasures, very nice, very much appreciated.
I'm fat again. Dunno if it's cos of meds or the fact that my diet has consisted primarily of galaxy minstrels and chocolate digestives while I was in depression hell... that then I lost over a stone in weight, which was about the coolest thing going for me during that time. Now I'm in danger of turning into a bloater again and I HATE being overweight cos mine goes all upfront and it's fucking horrible. If I can't see my toes or willie, I know I'm in trouble - right now, I'm getting edited highlights so I need to do something fast!
