The update is Grampa came out of surgery. Only time will tell if the surgery will restore any of the feeling on the right side of his body. He is very pissed off right now to say the least. I don't know what his beef is with doctors but it runs strong and he does not want to be in the hospital. He is mentally coherent though and acting himself. I will continue to pray every night in hopes he does not remain paralyzed, to my Grandfather, paralyzation is worse than death.

Thank you for being there for me. Especially you Noir, I value our friendship more than you know.

My Mom is still a mess, as would be expected, but she does not want me to come. She wants me to wait until either she REALLY needs me or until she's happy so we can just be happy as she puts it. I can respect this. It really is times like these that remind you how short life is. It is motivation to continue working to live a happier lifestyle and not allowing my ever present depression to own my life.
