So a friend on here that had the un pleasure of listening to me whine last night suggested I look into anger management books. I spent some time searching through and found three I would like to try.

Sorry I was gonna put pictures of them up but my work computer is being lame. Anyways since Ive been banned from the library until I pay them way too much money, I am going to save up and buy these. Maybe they will help. Maybe they wont. But at least I can say that I tried.

I might look into that work book myself. I do like how on Amazon they offer some for super cheap but you're then taking your chances with some used books that people may not have been so nice to but would still like to believe are in "good condition" etc.
Oh and if you win that lottery remember with both of us being from the midwest, we might just be related

This may not be an anger managment book but it really helped me with my percpective on my life. I would hightly recommend it.
And what!? no caffeen. That is just crazy. This guy must really be creeping you out if you are not willing to subject yourself to him for the glory and goodness that is is provided by the almighty bean!
