Moonlight On Your Doorsteps: this one i like a lot, very soothing. there is a band you should listen to that uses only samples from audio disfuctions (speaker pops etc) that your clipping-beat reminded me off. when i remember the name i will tell you. perhaps add an organic sounding sample to flow through it? i dunno... maybe that would ruin the mininalistic feel. ill download this one for sure.

Closing Panes: reminds me of the nasty synth-pop that i used to listen to when i was younger. not such a fan of this one ... some adventuristic movements but i cant shake that push-this-button-and-why-not-loop-that feeling.

I wasn't all that upset about the stereo in the first place, but your comment made me realize how much worse it could have been, and that totally made me feel better. It would have been devastating and 100 times more of a hassle if my CDs were taken. Thanks for helping me look on the bright side.
