It's my birthday!
oh yeah, I'm 20 now, it's awesome.
It's even more exciting given that I don't have to wait to turn 21 to legaly drink. I'm leaving for a 2 year tour in the UK on April 17th. I can't wait.

I fought my first REAL fire today. it was a wildland grass fire. I have a huge scorch mark on the leg of my nomex jumpsuit from where the fire jumped out and lit everything I was standing on on fire. It was hot and crazy.

YAY! Our commander cancelled PT this morning because it's too f-ing cold.
It's crazy, yesterday afternoon when we stepped for class it was over 90 degrees. This morning when we wake up it's 31 with a windchill of 19. I love West Texas!!
