Talk about a shitty day at work. Ok, back story first. Being the new guy in any fire department means putting up with alot of shit, getting tied up, sprayed, having nasty concoctions poured all over you, having your skin died purple, getting set up to be arrested on drug charges and then dragged infront of the station and sprayed with a fire hose, etc.
Well those are all the things that have happened to me in the last 3 months. I guess i'm convenient, because the 4 other guys that came into this department at the same time as me haven't hardly gotten anything done to them. Well the guys who've been here for a while finally got their change to get one of the other guys who came in with me. A guy who's particularly cocky and that they've been pissed of at for being full of himself since he got here.
Anyways, after dinner they caught him and tied him up, the plan was to get him wet and shave off one of his eyebrows. Not particularly bad i thought, I'd rather they'd done that to me than some of the other shit they've done. They tell me that if I do the shaving then I'll be off the hook and left alone from now on. I shouldn't have fucking believed that bullshit to begin with.
Well since I thought it was a small thing to do, and that we would all just laugh about it and have a good time I reluctantly went along. Big fucking mistake. After we did it we did laugh about it and even the guy we did it too thought it was kind of funny and laughed about it. He went and shaved off the other one and finished off the one we did so it was clean. The next morning our chief sees him and asks him what happened. The next thing I know me and the 4 other guys who did it are standing infront of our chief being yelled at and threatened with disciplinary action, told that our lives will now be hell, etc.
NOT a good day at work.
