As my poetry seems to be semi popular on SG, here is the draft of another poem I wrote, that will be in my book of poetry entitled called War Cries coming out at the end of the year

Being single still sucks

another week, two dates, no sex, Im so damn horny, but really just cant find a woman I want to sleep with, let alone, one that will sleep with me.

At this point, I am considering casual sex to take the edge off. But that just does not seem interesting to be 95% of the time, the other 5% of the time, I think about having sex with just about anything.

oh, well back to the poem, as my photo, may elude, I spent some time in the Marines in the late 1980s, early 1990's and was in the first gulf war and several other declared and undeclared combat environments, and spent three years in special forces, a little of which I was a sniper, so with that:

Pavlovs dog

The darkness swallows all hope
As pain regurgitates my destiny
Without which we are not alive
It is true power

The one thing which I remember
The basis of my basic training
The pride is forever
They say nobody ever drowned in sweat

They did not tell me I would, swim in that pool each eternal night
A sum of my fears and a victim of my own success
I learn via not the carrot, but the stick
I am Pavlovs dog

Some say I learned to well
Others suggest I liked it to much
Perhaps they are both correct
When they want me to know, they will ring a bell

Like a tool in a craftsmans draw
There I wait to be called to labor
Sometimes I am a hammer or mallet
Often a Chisel, occasionally a sander

A Warriors Warrior, you can still see it in each of my gimpy strides
Looking passed my slight limp and beyond the twisted body
The piercing mirrors of my soul
Tells my story in a blink of an eye
