i think the weather man/woman said its going to start cooling off today.
its so hot i just sit on the patio sipping beers. its even too hot to smoke.
i watched the chris rock special last night from the patio. i had to crank the tv super loud to hear it but it was worth it to sit outside. it wasnt as funny as some of his older stuff but the last half hour about marriage was killing me. couldnt stop laughing.
tonight i leave for so cal. i have a meeting for work in santa maria then its off to LA to hang with some old friends from high school. should be fun. cant wait, plus its 2 free days off work and they are paying for my hotel rooms and gas!! YAY!
i would rather just grab some clothes clean out the savings account and drive deep into mexico and sell my car for a shack on the beach and retire. but. oh well.
