So I have been pole dancing for almost a year a was feeling really confident on stage, last week attempting new trix I hurt my wrist, esp. when using it in a rotating motion. does anyone have any idea, when it might get better? I haven't been to a doctor in years and don't know what to do !pukeskullpuke

You may want to see a doctor, just to be on the safe side. I was in a car accident in December and hurt my wrist. I was sure it was broken, but X-rays revealed no fractures. Turns out it was just ligament damage. I now wish it had been broken instead. It would have been healed already. Instead, I'm still bothered by it and frequently have to wear a wrist brace to give it a rest. frown
