oh, and I love crawfish too!! I've been to New Orlean's twice, and just couldn't get my fill of crawfish, luckily I was there both times when they were in season.

aww, you're sweet. Exploring New Orleans would be exciting, especially with someone who knows it a lot better than I do! Last time I was there was definitely before Katrina, and I did all the touristy stuff, including spending a lot of time on Bourbon Street, did the swamp tour and the plantation tour and the paddlewheeler/riverboat cruise, and shopping and restaurants and music venues.
