I've started a workout regimen and am eating healthier. The docs. are gonna be happy. Woo HOo!

Speaking of, i now need to go to sleep i have to work tom. oi! but i have to get up even earlier and work out!!

I'll keep you posted on how the progress goes, and if y'all have great healthy recipes including veganized (?) ones share the wealth.
