So officially it has been awhile since I have kept y'all up-to-date in VanessaLand. Wow, it's been crazy, exciting, tiring, overwhelming and overall radtacular!!!
Well in 6 weeks I move to Seattle, so to everyone who lives over there.....HERE I COME!!! I finally got everything squared away in terms of school, I start on June 25th and am now on my way to a nursing degree....Overwhelming considering I have been out of school for so flippin' long. But it's good for me,I need to go back I find I am forgetting things. Oh, and when I went to go take the placement test I had to use a regular basic calculator. Something mind you that I haven't used since the 6th grade. IN middle school and Highschool I was trained on a graphing calculator and even then I haven't used one in almost 4 yrs. What the hell so you expect? Do you honestly expect me to do good.
ANd I am still out of a car. Blah!!! I got in an accident for those who dont know. So insurance is being a pain in my arse, and now I have to buy a new car. grrrrrr......
Also I have a new special someone in my life. WHo means the world to me, someone I admire, respect, adore and love. It's a phenomenal amazing feeling!! I am so in love and happy!
Can I just state that life is finally falling into place for me. It's been a rough few years but now I am headed in the right direction which is a great feeling to have.
I sent in my taxes the very last minute. On the 17th, the last day to do so. But hey if you send them in with the mass public the IRS is less likely to audit you great news there. WOO HOO.
Also work is looking to give me a promotion. I have the interview for the position next Wed. at 9am. And if I make it i shall then be working in Seattle, around the nation, and going to school in the city and on-line. Oh boy!! Think I can do it?????
