So i was at work this evening the closing server and we were slow, i had one table so all was well. Anyway so i went into the office to ask my manager if i could order food since we had an hour yet to close. Well he said yes and right at the moment the phone rang and I answered it. (My manager was talking to a new Team member). So the person on the other line a younger male asks for directions. Well i gave them very well, he the whole time asking which way and what street etc...sometimes i speak really fast so it was understandable. The point being I had to assume it was what we like to call a SECRET SHOPPER. These people are a huge deal for our company. If you fail a secret shopper it's written up time and possible suspension. If you fail it twice it's termination. I'm one of the leaders in the building and it would look bad if i failed one. So this guy keeps asking for directions, "slow down" "spell the street name" which direction" over and over again. At this point i'm getting frustrated, but you can't let them know that so i keep my "phone voice going" (we all know what that is". At this point he keeps saying sorry, repeat that. Or thank you for explaining to me, I can call back in a few minutes and get better directions if you're busy. I want to want to say, "yes i am" but we all know i'm not. ALso at this point i assume he is mentally challenged the way he keeps asking for directions and telling me to slow down and now "how pretty my voice is." being mentally challenged reasoning is because they say what is on there mind and you can tell by character and distinction of voice. (i've worked with them a lot, so it's not judgemental) So for the last time I'm about to get my manager to have them better explain directions. (it's not that fucking hard, head S on hwy "", at the corner of said hwy and said street, there is a shopping mall, where you can see Safeway, Best Buy etc..and we are in said Shopping mall") Then all of the sudden he says how my voice is making him hard and he is about to cum, and how i sound sweet. I freak out and get my managers attention to tell him. I write it down on a piece of paper and tell him to write down time. Next i hand the phone to my manager. Who soon as he answers this guy hangs up.
I FEEL TOTALLY VIOLATED!!!! I don't like the idea of me trying to be helpful so i don't get in trouble being used as a way to get some guy off . So now i'm completely aggravated, annoyed i just got out of the shower b/c I feel dirty. I talked to my manager about it and called my General Manager and told him. I guss this is the second time in 3 weeks that this has happened to our building. First time was to a host. So we got the time down and what line it came in on. And we are going to call the phone company tomorrow and go from there. That's great and dandy but i still feel disgusted. WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT????
