I know I've been gone forever and a day but even if no one reads this I need to vent. My job is going great and Nat and I have been up to all sorts of fun and exciting things but it has been a rough past week and a bit. I came home today after some unpleasantness and wrote this out about the last lil while. In the last week and a bit an old friend of mine committed suicide, we visited Nats dying grandfather in the hospital, my fav uncle died and we lost friends. Like I said alot to happen in one week. Throw some family bullshit on top and ARG!! Anyways...


In the last few days I saw what happens at the end of hope
when one can't see past the pain
when there's no peace to be found
I saw what happens when misery
is the driving force

In the last few days I saw what happens at the end of love
when one only knows the past
when there's fear in too many moments
I saw what happens when illness and age take over
and one loses self and loved ones to a confused mind

In the last few days I saw what happens at the end of friendship
when theres too much history to have a future
when trust and bonds are broken
I saw what happens when it becomes too hard
to keep caring

In the last few days I saw what happens at the end of life
when one is too tired to continue
when one has found peace
I saw what happens when one gets to go home
to his beloved

so much to be seen in only a few days
