anyways I had lunch with my gramma today and I just hope I'm half the women she is at 89 years old. She just won first prize in a contest for TWO of her photographs AND won first on a quilt she made! She is awesome
And speaking of awesome family members (yes I have a few out there) my sis is awesome too. And I know that she's got her own facebook thing going on, but my thing is SG so I'm posting her beautiful pics too. Cuz yes all the women in my family are beautiful, and Bug's quite the photographer

Aren't grandmas wonderful? I used to be pissed because all my friends all had rich grandmas that always gave them lots of stuff, but as I've gotten older I've really gotten to appreciate how cool my grandma is.
She was born in 1917... she'll be 90 this year and still "sharp as a tack" to use the cliche. She's got this amazing photograph of her and a bunch of people in the Rotary Club in 1920. All the stuff she has around her house is really cool.
In short, grandmas rock.
