Well here's a new low for the week.
In a moment of weekness I told my mother that Nathanial was going out of town and she said I should be coming over there for dinner this week. So I have been avoiding my folks to stay away from all that kind of fun. But I was talking to my dad last night and he said to call tonight if I wasn't doing ladies night (with Imperfectly and ali_bug) to come for dinner. I am so lonely that I actually broke down and called them so see about going there for dinner tonight. My mom said that they were kind of tired and just going to relax tonight.

um...catch 22?? sometimes planning could not make things turn out weirder than they do sometimes. bright side, you seem to have something fun to do tomorrow. and i spend some time avoiding my mom, probably for similar reasons. trouble is, she seems to think that the phone and email only work in her direction. whatever, mom.
