raced home from work, grabbed an 18 of bud, just in time for the sox game. and now they are up 5-0. kick ass.

nice weekend. cant complain about any 3 day weekend. did some karaoke, i always enjoy that. my one friend was in the navy and started doing it when he was out in japan. its fun. ug, back to work tomorrow.

its the middle of the week. im off next monday. football starts soon. whitesox should be in the playoffs in a month. it will start to get cooler, which is a relief in my no a/c truck. but actaully, im going to try to ride my motorcycle to work everyday. those gas prices suck ass. but riding my bike home in traffic sucks ass too....

denver was nice. the mountains are big. i peed on the continental divide. and when i was runnung back up the side of the mountain after my liquor induced need to release, i was totally out of breathe. 12,000 feet up, not so much air. boy i drank too much out there. had a couple microbrew beers. a bit too sweet.

The Sox are intent on giving me an ulcer; I know that's their goal. I'm about to throw up from nervousness myself. To see them play like this, and that lead to shrink to seven games scares the hell out of me. They need Scotty back, and to try to get a Griffey deal done BAD.

My dad and I have always had a sort of friendly rivalry with teams and such. He's a Cubs fan, so naturally I became a White Sox fan (I think I was seven when I became serious about them). None of my favorite teams are home teams (in fact, I despise all the teams that I could consider the "home" team). Actually, none of them are even in the same city.
