so i found out my condo is in a flood zone and i have to pay at least $250 for flood insurance, as required by my lender. what in oak lawn is going to flood up to my second floor unit is well beyond me. it actually pissed me off. more unexpected expenses being flung at me with my first mortage approaching in may. fucking lame.
