and here's my weekend update

i didnt do anythnig friday except stop at my friends house and drink a few old budweisers. i tell you, since ive been paying attention to the born on date, i really notice a freshness difference.

on to saturday. i looked at the condo i think im going to purchase. after looking at some old ones, ive decided im going with new construction. more than i wanted to spend, things might be tight for a bit, but its worth it in the long run i think. and i love the place. so now its a matter of just comparing it to a couple other new condos in the area and see how it stacks up. i think im getting a good deal. im hoping ill be closing by early march

saturday evening i went to the little fashion show featuring ladyk and cat over at plush. at first i didnt think i was going to get in. there was a line and they werent letting anyone in for a bit. luckily, some people left and i got in. after the cute little show, i met the two models, and also met sorcha, affinity, olsen, amstar, and itburns. we ended up leaving that place and heading over to another bar. the name escapes me. met dawenis there. it was a good time, but i started getting sleepy. we closed the place out and i went home to pass out.

sunday i woke up to head out to see my ex who is moving to arizona in two weeks i havent seen or spoken to her in about 9 months or so. i contacted her out of the blue and learned the news. good timing. it was nice to see her and i realized im going to miss her when shes gone. we had coffee (well, she had coffee, i ate a turkey club) and talked for a few hours. said goodbye. its possible we may see each other one more time before she leaves, i dont know. i then took a drive to my friends house for the super bowl. it was an ok game, the commercials were pretty lame, except for a few, but i think thats how it is most times anyways. all in all, in was a good weekend.
