Alas my FABULOUS weekend came to close... I briefly checked out a kink workshop (sooo much fun) a movie premier (about my sister and her fiance, Julie), spent many a night at Diva's (SUCH a good time), volunteered my ass off, was in a parade-and subsequently a community fair after.... went to a couple private parties, drank excessively and flirted shamelessly with some people I never saw myself doing that with.
Is it sad that Diva's is my Cheers? Where everybody knows my name? MEH its a good time, fabulous people, and amazing music.
Unfortunately my friend that I took with me was getting on my last nerve she just recently broke up with her girlfriend of a year and a bit so I figured what better than to take her to a far away land... with drag queens, and latex and fishnet OH MY!!!!! I know it was an experience she'll never forget and...tho I don't think we'll stay super close much longer, I'm glad she came up to Saskatoon with me. I'm not sure which one of us needed the escape more...
Unfortunately it seems my fun was officially over Sunday morning when I woke up with a god aweful cold... I took it as a sign that my days and nights of partying had to come to a close... at least for now anyways. We got back into town at aboot 8pm..... and so began the drama...
Caught up in a whirlwind of drinking and partying, Kat, the girl who went to Stoon with me, decided she wasn't quite done yet... I didn't see her for the next two days, tho she is apparently still alive... lol silly stoner!!!
Then theres me... living with a melodramatic twelve year old (well... 25 going on twelve). Circumstances have finally drawn us completely apart and he will be leaving to go back to Nova Scotia, while I will soon be dwelling in my parents basement... how hot is that eh? Not much of a far cry from living in a trailer park... but it will be better this way. Friendships should just work, you shouldn't have to work your asses off to MAKE them work... and when you can't see eye to eye (regardless of how tall my shoes are) on damn near ANYTHING... it can't happen. It has been a learning experience... though contrary to the quote, I'm not crying because it happened, I'm smiling because its OVER! You can only put up with so much emotional abuse and blame and guilt before you can't take it anymore.... and I cannot surround myself with these toxic people. so, what can i say? it was interesting, but given the chance, there's no way in hell I would ever do it again. (and now i will sit and wait for this message to get back to him... the world is small and bored....everyone likes the drama)

Oh, theres some lame new pics, Chastity Belt caught me getting ready to go out one of the nights i was in saskatoon, and she decided to have a photo shoot in her bathroom... she's only sent me the "pg" pics so far, she hasn't had time to give her "approval" of the decency of the other ones... lol
