Anyway, I work at an upscale salon with a really lovely spa area on the second floor. We usually are an appointments only place, but with the downturn in the economy we've been accepting more and more walk-ins.

On Tuesday, the worst walk in came into our spa. She booked a facial and then complained to her esthetician that she didn't like how long our facials last (usually and hour and 15 minutes). Then after getting into the room and getting her face cleansed she jumped up in the bed and demanded to know where the nearest bathroom was. After rushing there and staying for about 10 minutes she went back into the room.

25 minutes into it again, she looks real disoriented again and ask where the bathroom is a second time. This time however, she didn't make it, and shit herself. In the bed. She decides that's the end of her facial and comes to check out with me. After that, I decided to go use the spa restroom and noticed an awful smell coming from it. When I opened the door, it was absolute horror that greeted me. There was shit, on the floor, smeared on the walls, covering every surface of that bathroom. The lady left it without saying a thing. We had to call management to clean it up, and even several days later there is still a smell.
