lately it seems that everything is an obstacle. used to think that these were simply challenges to make life more interesting and to build character in one's self. now they just seem like more of a pain in the ass. suppose that especially the best things are heavily laden with blockage, which lends credit to the original hypothesis. but damnit! why can't I just coast for a bit every now and then like so many priveleged souls? that which doesn't kill me... and so on.
