No man.... go to Tempe. Rents are alot cheaper now and you can get a great 1 bedroom for way under 600 now these days in Tempe. Phoenix is even better! There's some REAL nice places on the East Side that have amazingly cheap rates.
I just wish I was in a position to move. I'm paying the same for a getto ass one bedroom when elsewhere I could have a 2 bedroom with a washer/dryer for the same price
