Yeah... it's been a while. But then again, I don't get too many readers so I usually don't write too much on here these days. But, I've been off for a while with other crap, so lemme just give ya the rundown.
-Me and Delores are still together
and will probably go the civil route and get married here REAL soon and just save up for the big o' wedding later this spring once our monies are in line
-Roommate went psycho: Threatening to draw her weapon on me, claiming more stalkers than Johnny Depp (after getting involved with a married guy not weeks after her ex-fiance kicked her out for suspicion of cheating), and bringing huge "bodyguards" over when we ask for the rent after she disappeared for a month "house sitting for her mother". On top of her disregard for us using our credit to move into a place that costs us 1000 bucks a month KNOWING we can't afford it on our own, waiting TWO MONTHS to move in, having me move all her shit FOR HER into the new apartment, and then telling us it's "not good enough" and "too ghetto" even when it's a nice two story loft apartment... we just feel betrayed. She demanded that clothing be a "requirement", that NO NOISE must enter the house from the outside, that we had to conform to her hours and rules and that we didn't "include" her in the house, even when we gave her free roam of EVERYTHING and encouraged her to throw her own art on EVERY wall, and welcomed her into my family. She has gone off the mental deep end, and I'm beginning to doubt that my friend of MANY years was telling the truth of why she broke up with her ex.... and that he was perhaps correct. She leans on her therapist for everything, has been taking advantage of nearly everyone to help her out of the "Worst thing to happen to her EVER"... every week it happens.... and is now getting her mother to throw even MORE money at her to get her own place. She's a perpetual stormcloud that is CONSTANTLY talking about how she's going to commit suicide every day, but hasn't for years. She loves to claim she's "this side of going back to being a raging alcoholic" but ever since knowing her in college, I cannot remember when she WAS. She has yet to get any major lease or account in her name, but insists on telling people what to do in order for her to gain stuff. It's just become too much... and alot of what she has told me isn't matching up as of late...
So, if we can finally get her to move her stuff out without going crazy and shooting everyone (since she now carries TWO guns on her at all times: A Jericho 9mm Baby Desert Eagle and an unregistered .25 caliber raven semi auto), we'll be looking for a new roommate. We're very normal people (for geeks
) All we ask is for someone stable, sane (well heck, doesn't even have to be totally job stable as long as there is income. Artists are ALWAYS welcomed!), and tolerant of geeks and a clothing optional household. WE are the primary lease holders, and we shouldn't have to be told to wear pants in our OWN home! Oh, and no drugs, and we include pot to be a drug. Sorry. Other than that? We are keen on just about anything. Gamers are cool since we got a good 'net connection (just shower!), and gender/sexuality/race is a non-issue, although we would prefer a female roommate. Not a party house by any means, but we do have people over. And, for only $350 a month you can't find a better deal in Mesa. Yep, that includes power and net access! and a HUGE patio! (like nearly 400 ft/sq!) Along with a master bath and walk-in closet. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side, but again lots of closet space, a private bathroom/shower/vanity room and an extra storage closet as well. Pretty sweet deal for the cash
Oh, and they got some insane pet requirements in this complex, but if it's under 25lbs and the renter wants to pay the pet deposit (200 I think, and an extra $15/mo pet rent or some such), then we're cool with it
I'm down with the fuzzies (and even the furries, although not my thing and we won't be joining in on that but if it's your jag, then what the hell... we won't judge!)
-Got a corporate job delivering Pizzas, got into a hit and run, and they sat on the whole DOT drug test for 8 DAYS!!! Screwed us on rent and I had to sell my pistol to cover it. But, we're getting close to covering the bases. Very upset about the whole thing and it's left a bad taste in my mouth with the company, but once I find something in my field and/or something better paying I'm out of that joint in a shot! Right now we just need the stability and the health insurance.
-The tech director work at the new theater has..well... not happened so much, but with the chaos of stuff beforementioned, it's expected. More on that hopefully soon.
That's about it: It's all about survival and not much on the shows or other art lately. Hopefully soon I can get to creating some more and posting more. And hopefully we can get some more pretty pics of Delores up soon as well

Sounds like a decent find, I don't have a problem with your nudity just my own haha. I love geeks and games. Alas, a weak income, so weak I can't afford my 2 measly bills. But I so would have jumped on that. I love Mesa.
