i'm listing to bjork's greatest hits. it's touching that spot in me that brings tears to my eyes it's so good. i'm in love with that woman's music. it's been a constant in my life for over five years now. i've been in sort of a bad shape lately. i've been having war flashbacks again. i've been having anxiety attacks again and extremely intrusive thoughts.

i need some sunshine in my head.
