i quit smoking after saturday's ingestion of cigarettes to the liking of a putting my mouth around a car exaust and inhaling for awhile. it's much easier to quit with someone, but my temptations are running high. i have yet to break for even one little puff, and hope i can maintain.

be careful... i may be a prick due to this recent action. blackeyed

Quitting smoking is harder than alot of people think. Even though the cravings and irritability are a bitch, I think it's the little things about it that drag me back from time to time. The hard times to not smoke, I find, are idle times. Times you are sitting and not really focused on anything in particular.

You think about the gum or patch or something? I hear the patch gives you fucked dreams.
