i had a great weekend! yesterday was a total blast! dawn had organized a big group of peeps up at the uptown for breakie which was a good time. then we headed over to the cc for a few coldies. we came home and watched a great movie, forgotten. kind of makes you jumpy at times... gotta love it!

the new job: great. For instance, I can look out of the studio window and see downtown, cars, people, LIFE. My old radio station, you could see deer. Deer don't fill out Arbitron books.

I move in later this week to the new apartment. So much brighter and nicer than my old abode, even if the square footage is about the same. Until then I'm in the purgatory of the Extended Stay America "efficiency studios". They don't even have a fucking ICE machine in this hotel, let alone a bar or a pool!

I first saw them on their "Farewell Tour" back in 1982, and I was at the Quadrophenia show, as well.
