It's Friday, pimps and ho's!!!
This will be an interesting weekend to say the least. My folks are rolling into town today, and staying with me all weekend. There's just something about having my folks creeping around my house at every waking hour. Given they won't be around literally every minute, but enough to really get under my skin. I prefer to go see them for several reasons. First, I'm in control because I can leave whenever I want. It's not as easy to control house guests as to when they come and go. The worst part about them staying with me, they totally critique everything around my house. What the fuck... IT'S NOT YOUR FUCKING HOUSE!!! They tend to look at it like that though, like I should do other things to my home? WTF?
My uncle and aunt are flying in sometime this morning for my aunt's 50th high school reunion. I'll hopefully be joining my folks and U & A for dinner this evening. They live in California, so I see them vary rarely. My uncle's an interesting character. He use to be this pompus raging alcoholic (sound familiar?) that finally got cleaned up after my grandmother died in 1981.
My sister and her fiance are running the 10mile portion of the Twin Cities Marathon this Sunday morning. So I know I'll have my folks off my hands for a good chunk of Saturday evening as they are attending some "carb up" dinner with my sister.
Fairly conceivable that this is my last journal entry of the week. Do a brother a favor and give him a call if the kids are chillin' someplace this weekend. No plans really happenin' for me other then Jax want's to get together at some point over the weekend. But day or time is completely undeciphered at this time per the norm of our ability to get together.
