It's Thursday, and I have a big meeting with the owner of my company in less then an hour. I love trying to work my way through important financial areas with people that don't seemingly want to have a grasp on the situation. The problem will not go away, and the reality of it is, it will only get worse if one does not become pro-active with said situation.

Well... getting ready to knock heads.

Everything in the meeting couldn't have gone any easier! We all agreed on proper action and how to go about it. Will miracles ever cease?
