Okay, so the eating healthy thing, and living a "healthier" life is going alright. A few exceptions are made every now and again, but that's expected. For example last night, I did bum a smoke (twas disgusting) and ate some italian nachos (think I need a coronary... or maybe just a good loose stool). Also today, my head is feeling pretty good, no dizzy spells just yet! Scary as it may sound, but this may be the healthiest summer I've had since high school... very scary. I think I've even held off a few pounds that I've lost for a couple weeks now. Usually I'm gaining and losing five pounds on a daily basis this time of year, but this yo-yo effect seems to have slowed.
In no time soon... I'll wear that speedo like only Mark Spitz could do.

Midday Update:
I just felt really dirty... I couldn't help but stare at the awesomeness of my assistants cleavage. She's got a fantastic chest... it's uproportionatly huge compared to her body. Oh boy... I feel dirty now.

I lost 15lbs in a week thanks to good ole depression. I wouldn't recommend it as a weight loss routine, but hey, it worked for me. (I have since gained it all back)
I need to drag my ass to the gym. I am also going to get a bike, real damn soon!
