Another day... some other way.

Heads feeling a little better. Still not A-1-A, but getting better. Haven't had a heater now since 1:30 yesterday... it just seems weird. I think I'm having a difficult time breaking more of the mental addiction then the physical addiction. I just always assume that it's about time to go outside and have a smoke. But the good news is, I think I've pshyced myself already into thinking that it's disgusting. Paul lit up in my car last night on our way out, and I couldn't help but crack the windows. I felt like an anti-smoking nazi. I hope I never become one of "those people".

Looked in the mirror the other day and noticed that I dropped a few pounds around the middle. So I decided that I'm gonna try to keep it rollin'. Went grocery shopping last night, and re-stocked my fridge with only healthy food... and the crazy thing is, it all looks delicious! My goal in a month, July 10th for you slow folk, is to look good in a speedo. SHUTUP!



Midday Update: Ray Charles has died... the AP says, "he never saw it coming"
