had a foony day (thats phonetics for the kind of *funny* day i've had!)
i woke up feeling anxious and pancky..normaly about feeling sick...but showered and stuff and felt fine. Me and cath went for a roast and that just set me off
i felt sick and pale and walked home and spent the alvo asleep in a stupour with 24 on. Bit miserable really
Then i got up and got my motor running and we had rehershals which was cool fun, have been working on some new material which is rad...proper good rockin stuff *woot* Feel much better now, eaten some toast and honey *mmmm* and soon i'm gonna curl up and sleep yay!!
tonights questions...are: "the pinch begins to grab" and "scissors are the new knives" good or bad song titles....????

We have the same anxiety problem, my fear of being sick controls my whole life and ruins it it sooo many ways Big it really sucks doesn't it!!
