Man... i've een at work alot lately..phew. My brother cooked me a lovely vegetarian meal in his gastro-pub place.. i had stuffed pepper, polenta and water cress soup which brings me to my next subject weight!!! I lost 7 stone two years ago..and now the meds for panic atacks have the adverse affect of weight gain...ace! my brain is flippin mad sommersaults..im fighting the urge to go crazy hahaha woe is me.

Been writing some more songs while producing our current batch...there begining to sound good...raw but nice...some of the harmonies are a bit dodge and auttune makes stella sound like cher
