I just saw Jarhead.... interesting movie...
not much action or anything, but it made me think about war i guess. and how a lot of it would be just waiting around for something to happen.
I think i expected more of it because Sam Mendes directed, and after American Beauty I was expecting Jarhead to have some similarities. But it wasn't a bad movie.
Damn Jake Gyllenhaal is HOT. Especially when he's naked apart from a Santa hat.... mmmmm.... lol

Yeah, speaking from experience as a Sergeant in the Marines... it's really only about 75% truthful. More like a glorified version of what the writer wanted it to be like.
