Yeah, only you know what's best...but just remember that YOU are the boss of your life (doen't stop you being considerate of other people's feelings/concerns/fears etc...but) and the moment someone else decides they dictate the direction your life will take, is the moment they've stepped over the line of acceptable behaviour within a relationship.
So, go for it...enjoy, and make sure he understands that he decides what happens in HIS life, not yours.

(I didn't know about the bug he has up his ass about acting too...geez, what exactly does he like you to do?? Sorry for the sarcastic tone but I had to ask...hehheh ...I seriously am glad that you're happy with your decision...it sounds cool...esp. the make-up sex...I think that's the reason half the people I've known over the years have broken up a million times in a row...LOL!)
