Just a quick little post to show some stuff I have been shooting lately.
It's been a while since I did much shooting at all. Built a house, opened a cafe, sold it, landed a full time senior designer job, freelanced on weekends, that job went bankrupt and now I'm back freelancing full time. Which means I can shuffle my time a little more...to shoot :)
These first ones were experimenting with shooting under streets lights. Dark, grainy, gritty, high contrast, warm colour palette. Something I will add to in the next few months.
These were of a friend that came to visit and get some shots done for her port. We did some "bed' shots...I personally like the back of the bed in the 2nd shot, how it's not straight. I feel it really adds to that dishevelled look, Jasmine has going on there. It was a cold night, but she braved the deck to shoot an idea I had. Turned out really nice I think. The shot after that is an idea she had.
