leave me with bruising on my hips, hands, right knee and arms.

Also to top it off a sore Jaw from being hit right on the corner bit at the back and a fat lip from being kicked in the face.



yet .... i go back for more everytime!

im going to cut my head off.
To save me from this shit thing which seems to be going on inside it.

oh my god im hurting today .. only in a physical sense. My thighs are aching from doing too many freakin kicks, My knuckle is well sore from punching that kid in the head and im just all over sore from just another usual night out at a show.

Although im battered, it always leave me feeling quite pleased indeed

Disco is now out of hospital. I am very relieved and extremely happy

Been a very scary, worrying and nerve racking past few days.

too much to write about now, all i can say is ..

i must REALLY like Disco alot to stick by her through all she is going through.

the Converge show on sunday was painful. Not in a literal sense, more of a disgust way. Seeing the amount of dickheads that are into them now and have no clue. Apart from that they were awesome. Me & Disco got to meet Jacob Bannon
