Negative Vs. Fear Factor

OK, so on Tuesday "Shane" from NBC called to set up an interview with my girl and I for the TV show Fear Factor.

"Why did 'Shane' from NBC call you J***?" you ask? Well, a week or two ago a friend of mine sent me a link to a search for "Freaks & Geeks" to be on a TV show....

It's too bad your book aquiring method wouldn't work, the bookstores for my school just aren't set up for that. frown I'll keep it in mind though. Just in case I ever need it. Also I'm too overwhelmed by the dining halls to eat in them on a regular basis. Is that weird?

Just wanted to say "thanks" for being so gracious in accepting my apology. Oh, and I went to rollerderby last Friday and it rocked.

Thank you all for the kind birthday wishes.

Unfortunately I broke my hip last night when I got up to go to the bathroom for the 3rd time.

Thank you

On the plus side, now you get to drive 15 m.p.h. under the speed limit with your left blinker on.

It was a slice of super chocolate cake from The Longhorn steak house. It was two layers of chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and chocolate shavings with vanilla icecream.

Hoo boy. Do any of you folks get migraines? I've had a rager all day. I've tried all my usual tricks, caffeine, hot shower, nap, light excercise, prescription drugs... nothing is working. My Mom told me once that at the Dermatologist office she used to work at they would inject Botox into the throbbing veins that often accompany a migraine headache. It would kill the...

I used to get crazy migraines, they even made me vomit--it was really gross...Anyways, I was takinng Imitrex when I got them, but the problem was I was getting about one or two per month...I went through testing and tried different meds, and then my doctor made me keep a journal and kind of figured that anxiety may have been causing the migraines to come on...I started taking effexor, which is a anti-anxiety med, and I haven't had a mirgraine since...Isn't that crazy? So maybe you should find what triggers them and treat them that way...

I had such a rad time with you and your girl...You two are the sweetest ever and I feel wicked lucky to have met you two... wink

I usually just drink half a bottle of NyQuil, then when I wake up 3 days later, I feel much better.

I did a terrible thing last night. Something I am not proud of. No, that is not strong enough, I am downright ashamed of what I have done.

I had retired in front of the TV to watch right-wing pundit Curt Schilling deliver earned runs to the worst team in Baseball, when it occured to me to partake of one of the delicious Jello brand...

No, kidding. But I took matters in to my own hands. I was like Hulk Hogan's cameo in Gremlins 2. I turned around, yelled something about the Joshster then ripped off my shirt. Not a peep out of them after that, I tell you what.

Ok, so maybe not.

You know, even the crows in Norwich have a different vocabulary than the ones in Baltic, which is one town over and the place I grew up in. The Norwich crows sound more water-like, like garbled people-speak. And the ones I learned to love as a kid sounded a lot more harsh and hoarse. Interesting! I really do love them, they are so much fun to watch.

Here are two good things that happened yesterday:

-My girlfriend made lasagna
-I saw an episode of Spongbob I'd never seen before

Here are two surreal things that happened today:

-The local oldies radio station played "Cars" by Gary Numan
-It cost $82.69 to fill the gas tank in my truck

Thank you

Holy crap that's a lot for gas! You must have a big tank. I am regularly up to almost $30 per tank in my car. I am fully expecting gas prices to soar well over $6/gallon before our industries start making gas alternatives available. They've gotta make their buck on this dying resource.
joshxxx:
I remember my truck taking about 50-60 bucks to fill, and that was last year. I can only imagine paying that now. It's weird though. Since my accident a few years ago, I'm terrified to drive anything smaller than a tank but may reconsider sine paying 100 bucks a week in gas really blows.

I wish I could have gone with you guys last saturday, it looked like fun.

I love lasagna, along with pretty much any other itallian pasta dish.
