If you ever find yourself in a position to take advice from your weird neighbor, instead take this advice from a weird guy you met on the internet: Don't listen to him.

Thank you

P.S. Oven cleaner does not, in my experience, strip paint.

that church is across the street from my favorite dunkin donuts...I know it's absurd to have a favorite dunkin donuts, but we love that part of weymouth and it's excuse to get out of hingham for a cup of coffee...that totally sucks that it burned down, but I bet it was kick ass to watch it happen...

my wedding reception was at Marina Bay and all of my friends refused to go because they thought it was too stuffy and proper, so our reception was filled with 200 hundred of my in-laws friends...we left after 30 min and went home and watch law & order reruns...

I love eggs benedict, so I would probably love that diner...what's the name of it? we usually go to stars in hingham for breakfast/brunch and everytime we go, we say that we need to find a new place for breakfast...have you ever been to stars? it's ok, but not as greasy as a good diner should be...

zombie movies on sc-fi? yeah, I watched all of them and I didn't move from the sofa all day...I'm sure I bothered the neighbors with my cackling laughter, because bad zombie movies = nonstop giggling from me...

no, I don't have anything in mind...it just has to be around 235 x 175px, but other than that, whatever you can think of would be cool with me...

>Edited to add: I keep forgetting to tell you (you may already know) but the New England Revolution are undefeated as of the other day. The bad news is that apparently their star player (name?) just got injured.

Yeah, they've been unbelievable this season. Its too bad about Twellman though. Seeing a Revolution game will be one of my top priorities after I get there.

Have fun at the Pietasters ... dance extra hard for me!

Hey, I'm hanging in there. Things are pretty hectic around here with the move just around the corner. Packing, finishing up things at "work". I'll just be glad when its all over.

I haven't heard the Aggrolites. Where are they from?

Back to packing ...
xcomptonx:
We are going U-haul-stylee! I wish we could just mail ourselves, but we've got too much stuff that we are unwilling to part with to go that route. Or have enough money to pay for movers. And it's such a scenic drive, too! Hahaha! At least my parents live about halfway (Detroit), so it will be a nice break. I just want to be moved and done with it. I can't get out of this town fast enough.

I will definitely check out the Aggrolites.

Edited because I can't spell to save my life.

5 Days, $452 and 642 Miles! The Inlaws Tour 2005 is officially wrapped.

It's nice to have my house back. Everything is so quiet again. Don't get me wrong, I like my girl's family, but they are Krazy with a K. When they are all together, doing something simple such as going out for pizza is like planning D-Day. Nothing is left uncomplicated. Mom-In-Law has...

I'm kidding, I thought about posting it in the group, but I was too lazy to do the work...so I'm grateful for you doing it for me...

I'm not that skeletal, but I haven't had a hamburger in almost a year, so I'll take you up on that offer...

Hey, I finally made it back. We found an apartment in Clevend Circle. Basically what we were looking for but there were plenty of bumps along the way. At least we know the ropes for next time.

It was great meeting you. Hopefully it won't be the last time. I'm not sure that we'll be in town for the the Pietasters show since it looks like we are going to moving on the 15th or so. I hate to miss the show, but it makes life easier for us.

Thanks again for the CDs!! They're fantastic!

Right...I had gathered that you'd already graduated, that was the reason I was interested to talk to you. I'm mostly just interested to know what you do for a living (if it involves Japanese), and (again, assuming that it does), what you did post-graduation in terms of grad school, language programs, whatever. I've got two more years myself, but I'm starting to look into that sort of stuff, so any information would be really helpful!

Why is Ichiro Suzuki allowed to have his first name on his uniform? I would guess it was because when he came over the overwhelming ignorance of how Asian names work let him get away with it, but nowadays when they put the stats up on TV they say "Suzuki", so it certainly seems they have figured it out. For some reason that rubs me...

I forgot about Pete and Pete... thanks for the heads up. I love netflix.

I had Blockbuster Online for a while, but almost every single title they had was accompanied with a Long or Very Long Wait. With NetFlix, I think I've only had 2 movies, not including new releases with any wait at all.

Yesterday a small coven of lesbians paid me 45 dollars American to do the following things:

*Replace a kitchen faucet
*Repair a doorknob
*Hang a pegboard

They also got me a turkey sandwich.

Thank you

I'm dealing with a european art curator at mfa...he's a friend of my mother-in-law...she's been calling him and saying that she's lonely since her husband just died, and she really wants me to keep her company during the summer...total sympathy tactics, but she's a ruthless woman...the mfa guy said that if they don't have room for me this summer, I should still work as a volunteer so that by next summer, I will be high on the list...but yeah, I will definately get you the museum pass hook-up...I got an internship offer from a museum in duxbury, but I really love mfa, so I think I'd rather wait for an opening there...

Haha... I appreciate the offer. I actually know the perfect time for my revenge too... He's getting married next year. See, he used to be my friend, but he has this nasty habit of only having a friend if it will get him further along in life, once he's done with you, you turn into his worst enemy. The only problem is that if you do something to him, he'll just keep retaliating. Like this one time he poured orange soda all over my windshield in the middle of winter... froze instantly... and I did the same back. Well, he wouldn't let up untill I just broke and ended up having to pay to have his car cleaned. In any case.. I just talked to my dad and he said he'll help me set up if I want to move back there... which is good, because I thought I'd have to stay with my brother for a while, and he lives across the street from my ex-fiance.
