Hoo boy. Do any of you folks get migraines? I've had a rager all day. I've tried all my usual tricks, caffeine, hot shower, nap, light excercise, prescription drugs... nothing is working. My Mom told me once that at the Dermatologist office she used to work at they would inject Botox into the throbbing veins that often accompany a migraine headache. It would kill the vein and help with the pain. That sounds very appealing to me as there is one specific vessel on the right side of my forehead that goes crazy, pulsating tsunamis of pain into my cerebellum.
On a happier note, I met, on 2 separate occasions, 2 SG friends yesterday. One for the first time and one who I have had the pleasure of hanging out with a handful of times. For all the times I am less than thrilled with this site, I have to admit that it has facilitated the meeting of some cool new people. Sometimes I feel weird using the internet for such a purpose, but I guess that's how things go nowadays. I hope to meet more of you fine folks in the future.
