Thanks to my girlfriend and some bizarre censorship on Adult Swim, I have had a revelation about Jesus. As the story goes, he let others eat his flesh, then later came back from the dead. That sounds like a Zombie in reverse, or "Reverse Zombie" if you will. So on this high holy day for Zombie fans, let's pause a moment and think about Jesus.

We'll probably go see Pressure Cooker at the Milky Way in JP on Friday. Get this, I just figured out that their frontman is the guy who played with the Drastics in Chicago (opening for Desmond Dekker) that I was raving about in my review of that show! I don't know what the situation was that brought him to Chicago for that show, but it's cool to know that he's a local lad.
Are you thinking about going to the Summer Reggae Jam next Sat (the 9th)? Toots and Buju Banton will be there. I have no idea how much it is or where it is (Suffolk Downs), but I'm going to find out more.

Pierogies are probably my favorite food in the world...I think you know how much I love potatoes...Potatoes + dough, oh my god...I've never had them with the mushroom sauce, but that sounds genius...I don't know why no one has ever thought of that before...
