Why is Ichiro Suzuki allowed to have his first name on his uniform? I would guess it was because when he came over the overwhelming ignorance of how Asian names work let him get away with it, but nowadays when they put the stats up on TV they say "Suzuki", so it certainly seems they have figured it out. For some reason that rubs me the wrong way a little. What a player though...

If you haven't seen "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" you should rent it right away. It's really funny - in a MST3K way. I think it has the most quotable lines per capita I have ever seen in one movie. If it had come out when I was in college my friends and I would have spake many of its' h-i-larious dialogues at any and every oppurtunity. We were dorks like that.

The right side of my face hates me so. It hurts when I open my mouth, it hurts when I don't. If someone were to come along and break my jaw, requiring it to be wired and reset, I'd be so happy. At least I think I would. It's so screwed up now, I imagine a reworking would help somewhat.

My girlfriend's parents are coming up in a few days. They are in town for her birthday on saturday. They are republicans.
